Control Technologies is a Honeywell Building Controls Specialist (BCS) and a Johnson Controls Automation Systems Installer (ASI), with over 30 years of experience in the Building Automation Industry. CTI’s office is centrally located on the Eastern Shore to better serve the Delaware, Maryland and Virginia area. It is fully staffed with administrative and technical personnel that include engineers and technicians.
The corporate mission of Control Technologies is to provide (HVAC) building management solutions, implement energy efficiency measures, quality systems installation and exceptional service to commercial building owners. The company designs, installs, and services, HVAC Building Automation Systems that include security, life safety, lighting, and laboratory control.
Control Technologies has contract agreements with both Honeywell and Johnson Controls which allows qualified contractors like CTI to offer competitive alternatives to Building Owners, Engineers and Mechanical Contractors.
CTI is certified to install and commission Johnson Controls Products including Facility Explorer. CTI is also a Honeywell Automation Controls Integrator with access to the entire Honeywell Building Automation Product Line.
